Simple plant based apple tart, gluten free, sugar free, mucusless and alkaline

If you do not want to combine too many ingredients in one recipe and still as a result you would like to eat yummy and healthy apple tart, you have found it!



Base:

- 2 ripe bananas

- 3/4 cup of coconut flour (you can use more- it depends on the size of the bananas you use)

- 1/4 cup of flaxseeds (mixed into flour)

- 1/4 cup of almond flakes/ almond slices (mixed into flour)

- pinch of salt

- pinch of cinamon


Topping:

- 4 apples, sliced (you can use some plums as well)


Decoration:

- coconut blossom sugar

- cornflower petals


How is it done?

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork.

  2. Add other ingredients and knead the dough.

  3. Take a baking form (tart form preferably) and put some baking paper in it.

  4. Make the fine dough layer by squezzing it with your hands in the bottom of the form and along the edges of the form.

  5. Put slices of apples on top of the base.

  6. Preheat the oven up to 170 degrees Celcius.

  7. Put the form into the oven.

  8. Bake it for 25 minutes.

  9. When the tart is ready, take it out from the oven and sprinkle it with the coconut blossom sugar.

  10. At the end decorate the tart with cornflower petals.

  11. Eat with pleasure and gratitude :)
